Configured device differs from real device

What does 11007 mean?

The PROFINET device configured in the controller's software does not match the actual physical device connected at the specified Slot and Subslot for {Name}. This configuration discrepancy prevents correct communication and operation of the device.

Common Causes

  • The configured device parameters do not match the actual device.
  • Configuration file loaded into the PLC is for a different hardware model or revision.
  • Device has been replaced or its configuration changed without updating the PLC.
  • Incorrect device identification during network scan.

    Ensure the GSDML file used for device {Name} in the PROFINET project is the correct version for the installed hardware.
