PROFIenergy cannot log onto Cabinet Control

What does 11016 mean?

PROFIenergy is unable to successfully log onto or authenticate with Cabinet Control. This can be caused by an incompatibility between the KUKA System Software version and PROFIenergy, or if Cabinet Control itself is not loaded or functioning as expected.
