The drive has detected a motor phase failure and issued a Warning, indicated via the fieldbus interface. This means one or more motor phases are inactive or drawing insufficient current, but the drive may still be operating or preparing to trip. It requires prompt attention to prevent potential motor or drive damage if the condition persists.

Access the drive's current monitoring parameters (e.g., P1-03 'Output Current U', P1-04 'Output Current V', P1-05 'Output Current W') and observe phase currents for imbalance.
Tighten all motor power connections at the drive output terminals (U, V, W) and motor terminals (U, V, W) to specified torque settings.
Measure the resistance of each motor winding (U-V, V-W, W-U) with an ohmmeter and compare for deviations greater than 5% (indicating a motor winding issue).
Review and adjust the drive's phase imbalance warning threshold parameter (e.g., P3-10 or similar) if it is set excessively low for the application's tolerance.
Perform an insulation resistance test on the motor cable and windings to check for early signs of insulation breakdown.
Monitor incoming supply voltages (L1, L2, L3) for balance; an imbalance greater than 2% can cause motor phase current imbalance.
