An internal hardware or software fault has been detected within the controller, indicating a critical system malfunction. This issue cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting and requires specialized attention to prevent potential damage or system instability.

1. Record the exact fault code and any associated diagnostic messages displayed on the drive HMI.
2. Perform a power cycle by disconnecting all mains power to the drive for at least 60 seconds before reapplying.
3. Attempt to reset the fault from the HMI or via a digital input if a reset function is available (e.g., Parameter C0010 set to reset).
4. If available, connect to the drive via diagnostic software and download the event log for detailed analysis.
