What does 002 mean?

This warning indicates that the parameter set for the frequency lower limit (A062) is configured to a value higher than the inverter's maximum allowed frequency (A004). This inconsistent setting creates a logical conflict in the drive's operational range.

Common Causes

  • Erroneous manual entry of A062 (Frequency Lower Limit) to a value exceeding the drive's absolute maximum frequency (A004).
  • Parameter configuration error where A062 was mistakenly set to the same value as A004, or even higher.
  • Restoration of an incorrect parameter file that contains an illogical setting for A062.

    Access parameter A062 (Frequency Lower Limit) and compare its value to A004 (Inverter Max Allowed Frequency) and A061 (Frequency Upper Limit).

    Set A062 (Frequency Lower Limit) to a value less than or equal to A061 (Frequency Upper Limit) and also less than or equal to A004 (Inverter Max Allowed Frequency). A common starting point is 0 Hz or a very low value.

    Verify the motor's minimum operating frequency requirements for the application and configure A062 accordingly, ensuring it does not exceed A061.

    Save the parameter changes and power cycle the drive. Then re-check the value of A062 to ensure it has been correctly stored.
