What does 225 mean?

For the second motor settings, this warning indicates that the 2nd frequency lower limit (A262) is set higher than the 2nd Multi-step speed reference 0 (A220) or the output frequency setting (F001). This creates a logical inconsistency for the alternative motor profile's minimum speed, potentially restricting the operation of the second motor.

Common Causes

  • Parameter A262 (2nd frequency lower limit) is configured to a value higher than the 2nd Multi-step speed reference 0 (A220).
  • The minimum operating frequency (A262) for the second motor is set above the intended nominal speed reference (A220).
  • The current output frequency (F001) is below the configured lower limit A262 while A262 exceeds A220, creating an illogical operational range.
