What does 12.2 mean?

The 24V supply voltage for the brake is not within the permitted tolerance of ±10%. This monitoring is active only when the brake is parameterized as 'installed' and 'applied'.

• Overload on the 24VDC brake supply, drawing excessive current and causing voltage sag below 21.6V.
• Faulty external 24VDC power supply unit (PSU) providing unstable or out-of-tolerance voltage.
• Damaged or undersized wiring for the 24VDC brake supply causing significant voltage drop under load.
• Short circuit to ground or another potential on the 24VDC brake power lines.
• Internal fault within the drive's 24VDC brake supply monitoring circuit.
