The infeed unit has shut down because the filtered, steady-state value of the line supply voltage has dropped below the fault threshold defined by p0283. The fault value (r0949) indicates the current line supply voltage. This condition triggers an OFF2 (or OFF1) reaction, stopping the drive.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. Measure the incoming AC line supply voltage (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) at the infeed power terminals (e.g., X1 or L1/L2/L3) using a true RMS multimeter, monitoring for sags.
2. Verify parameter P0283 (Minimum DC link voltage threshold) is set correctly according to the system's nominal voltage and expected variations, not too close to nominal.
3. Inspect all power connections from the main breaker to the infeed unit's input terminals for tightness and corrosion.
4. Check the specification of the line reactor and compare it to the infeed unit's rating and system requirements.
5. Monitor the DC link voltage (r0026) in the infeed unit during operation to identify when and how severely the voltage drops.
