Starting Frequency Exceeds Multi-step Speed References 1-15
Omron · MX2 Inverter
¿Qué significa 036 ?
This warning occurs when the inverter's starting frequency (b082) is set higher than one or more of the defined multi-step speed references (A021-A035). This inconsistent parameter configuration may lead to unexpected speed behavior when switching between multi-step speeds, as the base speed is higher than a target speed.
Causas comunes
- b082 (Starting Frequency) was manually configured to a value exceeding one or more of the multi-step speed references (A021-A035).
- One or more of A021-A035 were inadvertently lowered to a value below the configured b082.
- An inconsistent parameter setup where the drive attempts to start at a frequency higher than a potential target multi-step speed.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Access parameter b082 (Starting Frequency) and review all multi-step speed reference parameters A021 through A035.
- 2
Identify which specific multi-step speed reference(s) are lower than b082.
- 3
Adjust b082 (Starting Frequency) to be less than or equal to the lowest multi-step speed reference that might be selected for operation.
- 4
Alternatively, if the application requires b082 to be higher, increase the relevant A021-A035 multi-step speed references to be equal to or greater than b082.
- 5
Save the parameter changes and power cycle the drive. Then re-check the parameter values and test operation using the affected multi-step speed references.
