¿Qué significa E30 ?

This fault is triggered by an instantaneous overcurrent event in the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) output stage of the inverter. It signifies a rapid and severe current spike that could damage the IGBTs, causing the inverter to immediately shut off the output to protect these critical power devices, and preventing retry operations.

• Short circuit or ground fault on the motor output terminals (U, V, W) or within the motor windings.
• Rapid acceleration of a high inertia load exceeding inverter current limits (P1-03) or acceleration time (P1-08).
• Damaged IGBT module or gate driver circuit within the inverter's power stage.
• Motor cable insulation breakdown causing phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground faults.
• Incorrect motor parameters (e.g., P2-01, P2-02, P2-03) entered into the inverter setup, leading to miscalculated current control.

   1. Power down the inverter, disconnect motor cables from U, V, W terminals, then measure resistance between motor phases (U-V, V-W, W-U) and from each phase to ground (U-GND, V-GND, W-GND); expect continuity between phases and open circuit to ground.

   2. Inspect motor cables for any physical damage to insulation, especially where they pass through conduits, cable trays, or flex areas.

   3. Verify the inverter's acceleration time parameter (P1-08) is adequately set for the load inertia; increase if it is too short for the mechanical system.
