301

Overcurrent (AC)

Fronius · Primo GEN24 Operating Instructions

What does 301 mean?

This code indicates an overcurrent condition on the AC side of the inverter. This typically causes a short-term interruption in energy feeding, after which the inverter will attempt to resume its startup routine.

Common Causes

  • Excessive current drawn from or fed into the AC grid, possibly due to a grid fault or short circuit.
  • Internal inverter fault causing high AC current output.
  • Oversized PV array relative to the inverter's AC output capability during peak production.

Repair Steps & Checklist
