Grid failure (e.g. blackout)
Fronius · Primo GEN24
What does 107 mean?
The Fronius Primo GEN24 208-240 inverter has detected a general failure in the AC grid, such as a blackout or complete loss of grid voltage, preventing it from feeding power. The inverter will automatically disconnect from the grid for safety and will attempt to reconnect once grid conditions normalize.
Common Causes
- Grid failure (e.g. blackout).
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Verify if the public grid is active by checking other electrical devices in the vicinity.
- 2
Inspect the main circuit breaker and any upstream AC disconnect switches for the PV system to ensure they are closed and not tripped.
- 3
Confirm there are no tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses in the local distribution panel feeding the Fronius Primo GEN24 208-240 inverter.
- 4
If the grid is down, wait for the utility company to restore power; the inverter should automatically reconnect.
- 5
If the grid is active but the inverter still reports a grid failure, check AC wiring and connections between the inverter and the grid for integrity.
