What does String Reverse Connection mean?

This alarm indicates that the DC SWITCH has automatically turned off due to a detected reverse polarity connection of the PV strings. Incorrect string connections can lead to improper power generation, reduced efficiency, and potential damage to the SUN2000 inverter or PV modules.

• Incorrect wiring of PV string positive and negative terminals, resulting in reverse polarity connection.
• Accidental reversal of DC power cable connections during installation or maintenance.

   Identify and rectify the reverse polarity connection of the PV strings.

   After correcting the connection, wait for at least 3 minutes.

   Set the DC SWITCH handle to OFF to complete the reset procedure.
