What does 1062 mean?

The motor controller (codes 1062, 2062, 3062) has activated thermal protection. This indicates an over-temperature condition within the controller or its heatsink. The specific lift reaction is controller dependent.

• Motor controller internal temperature exceeded limits.
• Insufficient cooling due to blocked ventilation or fan failure.
• Sustained overload condition leading to excessive heat generation.

   Inspect the control cabinet's ventilation system, cooling fans, and the motor controller's heatsink for dust accumulation, obstructions, or signs of operational malfunction.

   Measure the motor current draw during a lift cycle and compare it against the motor's nameplate data and the controller's configured current limits.
