MR11

Alarm Space 11 Violation

Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor

What does MR11 mean?

The MR11 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 11. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 11 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 11 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR11 will be in the '0' state.

Repair Steps

  1. 1

Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 11 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).

  2. 2

Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 11.

  3. 3

If monitoring space 11 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR11 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
