Alarm Space 13 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
What does MR13 mean?
The MR13 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 13. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 13 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 13 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR13 will be in the '0' state.
Repair Steps
- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 13 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 13.
- 3
If monitoring space 13 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR13 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
