Alarm Space 7 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
What does MR7 mean?
The MR7 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 7. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 7 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 7 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR7 will be in the '0' state.
Repair Steps
- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 7 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 7.
- 3
If monitoring space 7 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR7 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
