Common Causes
- Defective internal temperature sensor.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Inspect the inverter's ventilation openings and cooling fins for obstructions or excessive dust accumulation.
- 2
Verify the ambient temperature surrounding the inverter is within the manufacturer's specified operating range.
- 3
Access the inverter's diagnostic interface to verify current internal temperature readings and check the event log for related warnings or fault patterns.
- 4
Perform a controlled shutdown and restart of the inverter to rule out transient software or communication errors.
- 5
Verify the inverter's firmware version is current and compatible with the hardware, updating if a newer version addresses sensor-related issues.
