FbL
PID Feedback Loss (Low)
Yaskawa · iQpump1000 AC Drive
What does FbL mean?
The analog input programmed for PID feedback has fallen below 3 mA. This occurs when the PI feedback source is incorrectly installed, not working, or has a wiring issue (wire break). The drive's response to this condition is controlled by parameters b5-12 and b5-13.
Common Causes
- PI feedback source is incorrectly installed or not working
- Analog input programmed for PID feedback has fallen below 3 mA
- Wiring issue (wire break) in the PID feedback circuit
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Confirm that the PID feedback source is installed and working properly
- 2
Verify the analog input signal for PID feedback is within the expected 3-21 mA range
- 3
Check drive parameters b5-12 (Feedback Loss 4 to 20 mA Detection Selection) and b5-13 (Feedback Loss Go To Frequency) for drive response settings
