The analog input programmed for “PI Aux FB Level” (H3-oo = 27) has dropped below 3 mA or risen above 21 mA for longer than 1 second.
Control Circuit Error / CPU error
These codes indicate a general control circuit or CPU error within the drive, suggesting internal hardware damage. This critical fault can affect the drive's core functionality and may necessitate replacement of components.
Differential Feedback Detected
This fault (or minor fault/alarm) occurs when the difference between the PID Feedback and the Differential Feedback (monitor H3-OO = 28) exceeds the level set in parameter P4-18 for the duration specified in P4-19. It indicates an inconsistency in the feedback signals used for PID control.
SI-T3 Watchdog Timer Error
The SI-T3 watchdog timer has timed out, indicating that data has not been received from the PLC. This often points to a communication issue with the PLC.
Forward/Reverse Run Command Input Error
Both forward run and reverse run commands have been received simultaneously and maintained for longer than 0.5 seconds. This is a sequence error that causes the motor to ramp to a stop, indicating conflicting commands from the control system.
Option Card External Fault
An external fault condition is present, received from the PLC via an option card. Depending on parameter F6-03, this condition may either stop the drive (F6-03 ≠ 3, page 254) or allow it to continue running as a minor fault (F6-03 = 3, page 273). This indicates an external issue communicated to the drive.

The multi-function digital input for Emergency Override Forward (H1-oo = AF) has been closed, indicating an active emergency override condition for forward operation.
Emergency Override Reverse Run
The multi-function digital input for Emergency Override Reverse (H1-oo = B0) has been closed, indicating an active emergency override condition for reverse operation.
EEPROM Write Error
Data cannot be written to the EEPROM, possibly due to noise corruption during writing or a hardware problem. This indicates an issue with the drive's internal non-volatile memory.
Internal Fan Error
This fault indicates a malfunction of the internal cooling fan or a failure of the magnetic contactor to the power supply. It can be triggered if the fan has exceeded its expected performance life or is otherwise damaged.
PID Feedback Loss (Wire Break)
The analog input programmed for PID feedback has risen above 21 mA or fallen below 3 mA, indicating a loss or out-of-range signal. This fault is effective only when b5-12 (Feedback Loss 4 to 20 mA Detection Selection) is set to 2 (fault).
PID Feedback Loss (High)
The analog input programmed for PID feedback has risen above 21 mA. This occurs when the PI feedback source is incorrectly installed, not working, or has a wiring issue. The drive's response to this condition is controlled by parameters b5-12 and b5-13.
PID Feedback Loss (Low)
The analog input programmed for PID feedback has fallen below 3 mA. This occurs when the PI feedback source is incorrectly installed, not working, or has a wiring issue (wire break). The drive's response to this condition is controlled by parameters b5-12 and b5-13.
Flow Rate Limit
The drive output speed is being limited due to the Flow Rate (U1-83). This condition indicates that the system flow is either excessively high or low, triggering the internal limiter.
Ground Fault
A current short to ground exceeding 50% of rated current has been detected on the output side of the drive. This fault is enabled when L8-09 is set to 1. Persistent ground faults can indicate severe motor or cable damage.
High Feedback
The feedback signal has risen above the level set in P1-11 (High Feedback Level) for the time set in P1-12 (High Feedback Level Fault Delay Time). This fault is effective only when P1-13 (High Feedback Selection) is set to 0 (Fault and digital output).
High PI Auxiliary Feedback Level
The PI Aux Feedback has risen above the Q6-12 level for longer than the time set in Q6-13, while the drive is running in AUTO mode with output frequency greater than zero. This indicates an abnormally high auxiliary feedback signal.
High Flow
The measured water flow has risen above the P6-17 level for the time set in P6-18. This fault is effective only when P6-19 (High Flow Select) is set to 2 (fault). This indicates an excessively high flow condition.
High Suction Pressure
The suction pressure has risen above the level set in Q5-12 for longer than the time set in Q5-13. This fault is effective only when Q5-14 (High Suction Pressure Behavior Select) is set to 2 (fault).
High Water Level
The digital input configured for “High Water Level” (H1-oo = 90) is active. This fault indicates that the physical water level is high, or parameter P1-31 (High Water Digital Input Configuration) is programmed incorrectly.
Loss of Prime
The pump load (based on P1-18) dropped below P1-19 for P1-20 time, and output frequency rose above P1-21. This fault is effective when P1-22 (Loss of Prime Selection) is set to 0 (fault).
Low Suction Pressure
The suction pressure has fallen below the level set in Q5-09 for longer than the time set in Q5-10. This fault is effective only when Q5-11 (Low Suction Pressure Behavior Select) is set to 2 (fault).
Low Flow
After the P6-08 delay at start, the measured water flow has fallen below the P6-06 level for the time set in P6-07. This fault is effective only when P1-09 (Low Flow Select) is set to 2 (fault).
Low Water Level
The water level has fallen below the level set in Q4-09 for longer than the time set in Q4-10. This fault is effective only when Q4-11 (Low Level Behavior) is set to 2 (fault).
Low Water Level (Digital Input)
The digital input configured for “Low Water Level” (H1-oo = 8F) is active. This fault indicates that the physical water level is low, the switch is faulty, or the input parameter P1-30 is incorrectly configured.
Net Master Lost
The MEMOBUS master has been lost, meaning no message has been received from the master within the time set in P9-26. This fault occurs when P9-27 (Network Recovery) is set to 3 (Fault MSL).
Undervoltage 3 (Soft-Charge Bypass Circuit Fault)
The soft-charge bypass circuit has failed. This could be due to damage to the relay or contactor within the circuit, or the circuit exceeding its expected performance life as indicated by monitor U4-06.
Gate Drive Board Undervoltage
A voltage drop has occurred in the gate drive board circuit, indicating insufficient power supply to the gate drive board. This fault is specifically detected in models 4A0930 and 4A1200.
Volute-Thermostat Fault
This fault occurs when a digital input assigned to the volute/thermostat input (H1-0o = 88 or 89) is active, or if both volute/thermostat inputs are programmed simultaneously. Auto-restart is controlled by parameter L5-53.
Water Level Loss
An analog input programmed for setting 23 'WaterLvl/Suction' has dropped below 3 mA or risen above 21 mA for longer than 1 second. This indicates a problem with the level sensor or its wiring.
Digital Operator Battery Voltage Low
The digital operator's internal battery is low and needs replacement. This fault indicates that the operator may lose settings or functionality if the battery is not replaced.
Option Communication Error
The connection was lost after establishing initial communication with an option card, or no signal was received from the PLC. This fault is only detected when the run command frequency reference is assigned to an option card.
Braking Transistor Overload Fault
The braking transistor reached its overload level, indicating excessive regenerated energy. This typically occurs due to an incorrect or undersized braking resistor, or aggressive deceleration settings.
Drive Disabled
The drive is disabled because the 'Drive Enable' function is configured to a multi-function contact input (parameter H1-OO = 6A), and this contact is currently open. This prevents the drive from operating, potentially indicating an improper control sequence.
Output Voltage Detection Fault
A problem is detected with the voltage on the output side of the drive. This indicates damaged hardware, specifically an internal drive module MC / FAN overheat protection circuit board due to abnormal ambient operating power or temperature.
