VLTS
Volute-Thermostat Fault
Yaskawa · iQpump1000 AC Drive
What does VLTS mean?
This fault occurs when a digital input assigned to the volute/thermostat input (H1-0o = 88 or 89) is active, or if both volute/thermostat inputs are programmed simultaneously. Auto-restart is controlled by parameter L5-53.
Common Causes
- The digital input assigned to the volute/thermostat input (H1-0o = 88 or 89) is active
- Both volute/thermostat inputs are programmed simultaneously (H1-0o = 88 and 89)
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Check the wiring to the volute or motor thermostat
- 2
Allow the volute or motor to cool
- 3
Program only one digital input to either H1-0o = 88 or H1-0o = 89
- 4
Review parameter L5-53 (Volute-TStat Retry Selection) for auto-restart settings
