Selected process block is not programmed.
Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive C Drive Controllers
What does E2058 mean?
The drive controller was commanded to execute a process block that does not exist or has not been programmed into its memory. This prevents the execution of the requested motion sequence.
Common Causes
- A non-existent or unprogrammed process block number was selected for execution.
- Programming error in the motion sequence referring to an incorrect block number.
- Memory corruption or data loss in the drive's program storage.
- Incorrect program loaded into the drive controller.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Verify the process block number being called in the motion program or HMI and ensure it corresponds to an existing, programmed block.
- 2
Check the drive's program memory for the presence and integrity of the process blocks.
- 3
Reload the correct application program into the drive controller if there is suspicion of data corruption.
- 4
Consult the machine documentation to confirm the correct process block numbers and their functions.
