What does E2818 mean?

One or more phases of the incoming AC mains power supply are missing or significantly unbalanced. This can cause severe operational issues and damage to the drive.

• Loss of one or more phases in the incoming AC mains supply.
• Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker in one phase.
• Loose or open connection in the mains power cabling.
• Faulty contactor or circuit breaker.

   Check all three phases of the incoming AC mains voltage (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) for balance and presence.

   Inspect all fuses and circuit breakers in the mains power circuit and replace any blown fuses or reset tripped breakers.

   Verify all power connections from the mains supply to the drive for tightness and continuity.
