Error when initializing digital inputs/outputs
Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive C Drive Controllers
What does F2010 mean?
The drive encountered an error during the initialization process of its digital input/output (DIO) modules. This prevents the proper function of discrete control signals.
Common Causes
- Internal hardware fault within the digital I/O module of the drive.
- External wiring issues or short circuits on the I/O terminals during power-up.
- Incorrect parameterization of I/O functions or module configuration.
- Firmware issue affecting I/O initialization.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Check the wiring connected to all digital inputs and outputs for short circuits, loose connections, or incorrect voltage levels.
- 2
Verify the parameters related to digital I/O configuration (e.g., input type, output function) and ensure they are correct.
- 3
Remove all external wiring from the digital I/O terminals and cycle power to the drive to determine if the fault is internal or external.
- 4
If the fault persists with no external connections, it may indicate an internal hardware issue with the drive's I/O module.
