ACS880 · Primary Control Program Firmware
A warning generated by an on-time timer or a value counter, often indicating a scheduled maintenance interval or an exceeded operational limit for motor bearings. An auxiliary code in the event log will specify the exact source.
Click steps to track your progress.
Check the event log for the specific auxiliary code associated with the A880 warning.
Identify the source of the warning by cross-referencing the auxiliary code with parameters 33.13, 33.23, 33.53, or 33.63.
Investigate the conditions triggering the configured on-time timer or value counter (e.g., motor run time, number of starts) and verify motor bearing health.
Adjust the warning selection parameters (33.14, 33.24, 33.55, 33.65) if the warning threshold is inappropriate for the application.
Perform recommended motor bearing maintenance or inspection based on operating hours and environmental conditions, then reset the counter/timer.
