What does A88C mean?

A warning generated by an on-time timer, indicating that device cleaning or maintenance may be due. An auxiliary code in the event log will specify the exact source of the timer.

Common Causes

  • Programmable warning set by 33.14 On-time 1 warning select or 33.24 On-time 2 warning select.
  • The source of the warning corresponds to: 33.13 On-time 1 source (aux code 0), 33.23 On-time 2 source (aux code 1), or 05.04 Fan on-time counter (aux code 10).
  • Accumulated run-time of a component (e.g., cooling fan) has exceeded its programmed cleaning/maintenance interval.
