Teach Pendant 24V Fault
Fanuc · R-30iB Mate + Mate Plus Robot
What does 24T mean?
The 24T (Red) LED turning on indicates that the fuse (FUSE3) is blown, meaning the 24V power supply (24T) for the teach pendant is not being supplied. This prevents the teach pendant from operating correctly, interrupting robot control.
Common Causes
- Teach pendant's internal 24VDC power supply has failed or is overloaded.
- Fuse blown within the teach pendant's 24VDC circuit.
- Short circuit on a 24VDC line within the teach pendant.
- Faulty voltage regulator on the teach pendant's control board.
- Damage to the teach pendant's internal power distribution.
