What does SRVO-084 mean?

This alarm occurs if the backup battery for the absolute position of the line tracking Pulsecoder has not been connected. This can lead to loss of absolute position data upon power cycle.

Common Causes

  • The backup battery for the Line Tracking Pulsecoder is not connected or is depleted.
  • Absence of power to the pulsecoder's internal battery circuit.
  • Faulty battery connection terminal on the pulsecoder.
  • Incorrect pulsecoder model installed which does not require a backup battery.
