The actual position detected by Encoder 2 has moved outside the configured position tolerance band. This could be due to incorrect startup parameters, faulty wiring, external interference, or a defective encoder, potentially leading to inaccurate positioning or unexpected movements.

Verify the configured position window (P5-20) and tolerance time (P5-21) against the actual mechanical system's capabilities.
Inspect Encoder 2's mechanical coupling and the load system for play, looseness, or worn components.
Check Encoder 2 feedback cable for proper shielding continuity and grounding at both the drive and encoder.
Monitor the actual position deviation and commanded position via data logging to identify the nature and timing of excursions.
Measure the motor's actual output torque and compare to commanded torque to ensure adequate power for tracking.
