Siemens · SINAMICS S120/S150 Reference List
This alarm is initiated when the actual temperature (r4105[0]) for channel 0 on Terminal Module 120 (TM120) or Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured alarm threshold (p4102[0]). A timer (p4103[0]) is also started. The alarm will clear once the temperature falls below the threshold, factoring in the defined hysteresis (p4118[0]).

Confirm the actual temperature of the monitored component using an independent thermal probe or sensor, comparing it with r4105[0].
Perform a visual inspection and cleaning of all air filters, cooling fans, and heat sinks in the control cabinet and on the monitored equipment.
Assess current process parameters and operational demands to identify any conditions causing sustained higher temperatures for the component on channel 0.
Verify that the parameter p4102[0] (Alarm threshold channel 0) is appropriately set, considering normal operating ranges and desired warning margins.
Monitor r4105[0] trends over time to identify if the temperature is rising or stable, indicating potential future fault conditions requiring intervention.
