Siemens · SINAMICS S120/S150 Reference List
This fault is triggered when the actual temperature (r4105[10]) for channel 10 on the Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured fault threshold (p4102[21]), or if an associated timer (p4103[10]) expires. If a BICO interconnection exists, this fault will cause the drive to shut down. The fault will persist until the temperature falls below the threshold (minus hysteresis) and is acknowledged.

Verify the actual temperature of the component monitored by channel 10 using a calibrated external temperature sensor and compare it with r4105[10].
Thoroughly clean all cooling components, including fans, air filters, and heat sinks, for the TM150 module and the equipment on channel 10.
Check the wiring and terminal connections of the temperature sensor for channel 10 at the TM150 module for any damage or looseness.
Evaluate the load profile and operational parameters of the equipment on channel 10 to ensure it is not exceeding its rated thermal capacity.
If the measured temperature is within safe limits but r4105[10] is high, replace the temperature sensor connected to TM150 channel 10.
If justified by a comprehensive review of the application, adjust parameter p4102[21] (Fault threshold channel 10) to a value consistent with safe, sustained operation.
