What does 10053 mean?

This invalid parameter setting alarm occurs when a linear motor is used, and the scale reverse connection bit (parameter 1960#0 for Series 15 or 2018#0 for Series 16, etc.) is set. This specific bit is not applicable and cannot be used with linear motors.

• The linear motor's scale is connected in reverse orientation.
• The scale signal polarity is incorrect for the linear motor's operation.
• Parameter P102.2 (Scale Direction) is set to the wrong value.
• The linear motor scale sensor is installed backwards.
