What does SV0368 mean?

Communications data could not be received from the built-in Pulsecoder. This indicates a failure in the serial communication link from the internal encoder to the servo system.

• Loose or damaged serial communication cable between servo and internal Pulsecoder.
• Internal Pulsecoder's serial communication IC failure.
• Signal interference on serial data lines.
• Corrupted firmware in the internal Pulsecoder.
• Incorrect serial communication settings (baud rate, parity).
