102
AC voltage too high
Fronius · Primo GEN24 Operating Instructions
What does 102 mean?
This code indicates that the AC voltage supplied by the public grid is excessively high. The inverter will temporarily disconnect from the grid but will automatically attempt to resume energy feeding once grid conditions return to the permissible range.
Common Causes
- AC grid voltage exceeds the permissible upper limit for the inverter's operation.
- Transient overvoltage events on the public grid.
- Potential issue with the grid connection itself.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Inspect the AC grid connections for any loose or damaged wiring.
- 2
Measure the AC voltage on the inverter connection sockets to verify it is within 220/230 V (+10% / -5%) or 380/400 V (+10% / -5%).
- 3
If this status code keeps recurring, contact your system fitter or grid operator to investigate grid quality.
