313
DC input voltage MPPT2 too high
Fronius · Primo GEN24 Operating Instructions
What does 313 mean?
This code indicates that the DC input voltage from the PV string connected to Maximum Power Point Tracker 2 (MPPT 2) is too high. This triggers a short-term interruption in energy feeding, and the inverter will attempt to resume its startup routine.
Common Causes
- PV string connected to MPPT2 has an open-circuit voltage (Voc) that exceeds the inverter's maximum input voltage.
- Faulty PV modules in the string leading to excessive voltage.
- Incorrect string configuration or number of modules for MPPT2.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
If the status code is displayed continuously, notify a Fronius-trained service engineer.
- 2
Verify the open-circuit voltage (Voc) of the PV string connected to MPPT2 and ensure it is within the inverter's specified limits.
- 3
Reconfigure or modify the PV string connected to MPPT2 if its voltage exceeds the inverter's rating.
