What does ALARM (Registered) mean?
An alarm event has been initiated and registered by the system, but the required service action or response has not yet been completed. The phone board indicates this state by rapidly blinking (0.5 s ON, 0.5 s OFF). This means the system is waiting for an external response to address the alarm condition.
Common Causes
- An emergency call was activated from the car operating panel (e.g., HELP button pressed) or another alarm trigger.
- The remote monitoring system (KONE Remote Monitoring (KRMS)) has not yet acknowledged or processed the alarm.
- Local service personnel have not yet responded to or cleared the alarm event.
