What does MAINS (Power Loss) mean?

The main power supply to the phone board is disconnected or unavailable, causing the system to operate on backup battery power. This state is indicated by the MAINS LED blinking (Green). While the system remains operational, this signifies a critical power interruption that requires attention to ensure long-term functionality.

Common Causes

  • The main power cable providing power to the phone board is disconnected or has a loose connection.
  • An external main power supply unit (if applicable) has failed or is not providing output voltage.
  • The circuit breaker or fuse protecting the main power supply line to the phone board is tripped or open.
