Control Circuit Fault
Yaskawa · P1000 AC Drive
What does CPF19 mean?
A general fault has been detected within the drive's control circuitry. This indicates an internal malfunction of the control logic, affecting overall drive operation. (Similar to CPF14).
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Verify input voltage (L1, L2, L3) and frequency at the drive's input terminals against nominal specifications and check for phase imbalance.
- 2
Inspect all control wiring connections (e.g., digital I/O, analog I/O, communication cables) for loose terminals, damage, or improper shielding.
- 3
Inspect drive cooling fans for proper operation and ensure heatsinks and ventilation openings are free from dust and obstructions.
- 4
Review relevant drive parameters related to control modes, I/O configuration, and safety functions to ensure correct setup and integrity against a known good configuration.
