What does SV0385 mean?

Communications data could not be received from the separate detector. This indicates a failure in the serial communication link from the external detector to the servo system.

• Loose, damaged, or improperly terminated serial communication cable to the external detector.
• External detector's serial communication interface failure.
• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) affecting serial data transfer.
• Corrupted firmware within the external detector.
