What does Power low mean?
This message is displayed when the Primary meter function is deactivated, causing the inverter to switch to Standby mode. This occurs when there is insufficient PV power available and no energy management command is being sent to the battery, for instance, if the battery has reached its minimum state of charge.
Common Causes
- Primary meter function is deactivated in the inverter settings.
- Insufficient PV power is available from the solar array.
- No energy management command is being sent to the battery.
- Battery has reached its minimum state of charge.
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Activate the Primary meter function in the inverter settings to ensure the inverter remains permanently connected to the grid.
- 2
Verify that sufficient PV power is being generated by the solar panels.
- 3
Check energy management settings and commands related to the battery.
- 4
Monitor the battery's state of charge and ensure it is above the minimum threshold.
